What to expect on the day of the Symposium:
At 9:00am the Symposium officially begins. The “doors” will be open at 8:30am. This is when you can sign in using the link provided in the email sent to registered attendees.
Please check your spam or trash folder if you have registered and not received the email containing the link by 7:00am (Pacific) day of.

Q: Can I register during the symposium?
A: Registration closes at 11:59pm on October 16th.
Q: What happens if I can’t make a talk?
A: Fear not! It will be recorded and available for those who have registered for 30 days. A link will be sent with access to the recorded version a few days after the Symposium.
Q: Will I be able to be seen during the Symposium?
A: No! Registrants will not be visible during the Symposium.
Q: The Symposium was always a great time to see old friends and chat, will there be a social time?
A: Well, glad you asked! Part of Symposium Day includes the After Party/ Presenter Panel Discussion: a chance to learn more and socialize. If you’re craving real-time socialization, we recommend that vaccinated people set up their own Watch Parties! This way you can feel connected to other people and enjoy the Symposium together.
