The Seattle Metals Guild’s 29th Annual Northwest Jewelry and Metals Symposium will take place on October 7 at the Broadway Performance Hall, in Seattle, WA.  The Symposium is the Guild’s most important event of the year, with the goal of educating, informing and engaging the community by bringing together artists, designers, makers, craftspeople and all who are interested in metal as a medium and field.

This year’s Symposium features speakers from across the country, with wide-ranging backgrounds, experiences, interests and areas of expertise.  The speakers joining us are: Ben Dory, Dana Cassara, Aaron Macsai, Beatriz Cortez, and Michael Nashef.  The speaker presentations are accompanied by an auction of tools, materials and finished pieces, as well as a sale of books presented by Charon Kransen Arts of NYC.  A variety of associated events such as workshops, gallery openings, etc. take place throughout the weekend.

SMG is one of the largest and most active organizations in North America with a diverse membership of artists, jewelers, crafts people, students, educators, blacksmiths and collectors.  With your sponsorship, we are able to keep ticket prices low and attendance high, including free tickets for students.  Simultaneously, you will be taking advantage of the opportunity to provide increased exposure for your company and to educate a broader audience about your services and products.

We offer three levels of sponsorship, each with different benefits, which are outlined below.
